Polyamide provides high impact resistance, easy machinability, high thermal resistance and excellent mechanical properties. A wide range of products can be produced in different viscosity values, such as reinforced with glass fiber, carbon fiber and similar fibers, modified with rubber, marked with laser marking, high thermal resistance, mineral filled and flame retardant. Polyamide products are used in many industrial applications and special applications due to their properties. Although PA 66 is more rigid than PA6, it has higher heat resistance. Automotive, electrical-electronics, white goods and furniture are some of the common usage areas of PA 66.
Process Conditions
Firing Temperature: It should be baked at 80˚C for 2-4 hours.
Processing Temperature: It should be processed at 250-300˚C.
