As World Plastic; we manufacture regrind plastic with our experience and advanced technology in Bulgaria. We are proud of bringing the know-how and experience of over 20 years in Turkish plastic market to our customers in already developing global and Europe recycling market. World Plastic is manufacturing high purity recycled regrind plastic and maintains the same quality standart – customer satisfaction based upon the experince from virgin granul compounding via European branded machines in our company established in 2000, Turkey. As a firm principal; our customers’ satisfaction matters as much as our responsibility for a better environment and World. Products
Our team work hard to offer our customers high-grade and pure regrinds with technical data (such as density, MFI etc.)
Manual Sorting
Here, we are manually sorting materials and removing impurities. While sorted materials are on conveyor belt, all metallic impurities are picked by magnets.
Wet/Dry Grinding
Sorted products get grinded approximately 35mm diameter. Materials can be washed for the first time depending on their qualifications.
Dehydration
After wet grinding, regrind products are cleaned off from some dirts via high speed drying system while getting carried to washing pool.
Multiple Washing
First wash takes place to clean grinded products according to their densities. To ensure products’ cleanliness our pools are kept clean by their own screw conveyors. This process gets completed twice through drying system between each pool.
Vertical Dehydration
After dehydration process, regrind products are dried with high speed drying system in a vertical position to minimize humidity.
Final Grinding
On this process, regrind products’ fraction size is adjusted as our customers’ requests.
Packaging
Regrind products approved by quality control department are packed with humidity/dust-free silo systems and make ready to distribute. To guarantee customer satisfaction package information such as; package number, production date including hour are kept in our archive.
